What we do, and why.
We started GLDT on a simple observation: the gap between what AI can do and what businesses actually get done with it is mostly workflow, not models.
The models are good and getting better. What’s missing in most organisations is the connective tissue: intake that captures without loss, preparation that saves a person an hour, review points that keep accountability human, and handovers where context survives.
That is the work we do — for client onboarding, customer operations and the internal processes in between. We are deliberately small, Sydney-based, and biased toward systems that are still running calmly a year after launch.

A note on honesty in marketing.
You won’t find client logos, invented metrics or “trusted by” walls on this site. Where we show product concepts — like the walkthrough on the home page — they are labelled as synthetic demonstrations, because they are.
When we can point to work we’re proud of, we’ll publish it with the client’s permission. Until then, we’d rather you judge us on how clearly we think.
